What is the production process of white birch mushroom extract

Selected raw materials: Select high-quality white birch mushrooms, remove impurities, and wash deeply for more than three times.
Extraction of white birch mushroom juice: Add raw materials to the extraction tank, and then add 6-8 times the amount of water added to the raw materials into the extraction tank. Cover and heat up, and start recording the time when the temperature reaches 95 degrees Celsius. Keep the extraction temperature for 2 hours, filter, and add 6-8 times the amount of water to the filter residue to continue extraction for 2 hours. After filtering the secondary extraction solution, merge it into the extraction solution storage tank for later use, and repeat the cycle 3 times.
Concentrated extract: Pump the filtrate from the storage tank into a single effect concentrator for concentration, control the vacuum at 0.06-0.08MPa, and concentrate at a temperature of 60-80 degrees Celsius. Concentrate the filtrate to a relative density until it meets the powder spraying requirements.
Spray drying: control the inlet air temperature of 150 ℃~165 ℃, the outlet air temperature of 65 ℃~85 ℃, adjust the supply air volume and the exhaust air volume, control the temperature in the tower of 75 ℃~90 ℃, and the negative pressure of 10~18Pa. Pay attention to adjusting the pressure and aperture size of the feed pump during powder spraying to reduce the sticking of materials to the tower.
Crushing and sieving: After drying, the powder is refined and sieved to remove block like connections and ensure that the powder mesh is qualified.
Product mixing: White birch mushroom extract powder and auxiliary ingredient maltodextrin are mixed thoroughly in a mixing tank according to the ratio.
Qualified testing: Conduct qualified testing on the product for color, taste, odor, tissue status, impurities, blending, net content, moisture, microbial community, etc.
Finished product packaging: Transfer the mixed proportion powder through the pipeline to the packaging room for specified specification packaging.
Note: The processes after spray drying are all in the clean area, and 100% of them are operated in a sterile environment.
