To ensure the consistency of each batch of bulk cosmetic raw material powder, Jinan Sinov will clearly define uniform quality standards and specifications for raw materials in the procurement contract, after which the production workshop will strictly adhere to these standards during manufacturing. Raw materials that have exceeded their shelf life or exhibit abnormal specifications will be treated as non-conforming products and are not permitted to be mixed across batches.

2. Standardized acceptance procedures for cosmetic raw materials have been established. Each batch of cosmetic raw materials undergoes testing for physicochemical properties, microbiological parameters, heavy metals, and other relevant items. Test results are compared against established quality standards and historical data from qualified batches. Samples of key raw materials are retained from each batch for cross-batch quality comparison; any raw materials showing fluctuations in specifications are immediately isolated and handled accordingly.

3. Cosmetic raw materials that fail inspection or show significant deviations from the specifications of previous qualified batches are isolated and disposed of in accordance with the non-conforming product procedure.

4. Establish position-specific training and a quality accountability system. The quality and safety manager and the quality control department shall independently oversee the acceptance and release of raw materials. Designated personnel shall be responsible for batch number management, sample retention, and traceability records to ensure consistent implementation of standards at every stage.

5. Containers storing cosmetic raw materials in the production area must be labeled with batch numbers throughout the entire process. Raw materials from different batches must be stored in separate zones using dedicated equipment to prevent cross-contamination. After each production batch is completed, the area must be thoroughly cleared, and equipment and containers must be cleaned and disinfected with proper documentation to eliminate the risk of residues from the previous batch contaminating the next batch of raw materials.
