What is Bemotrizinol
Bemotrizinol is an oil-soluble organic compound added to sunscreen lotions to absorb ultraviolet rays. It is a broad-spectrum (wide-band) ultraviolet absorber with extremely high light stability, capable of absorbing UVB and UVA rays. It has two absorption peaks, located at wavelengths of 310 and 340 nanometers.
As a new broad-spectrum sunscreen agent, Bemotrizinol has been approved in the European Union and demonstrates good safety and stability.
