The core composition of NNMTi is 5-amino-1-methylquinoline iodide (C₁₀H₁₁₁IN₂), which is chemically synthesized with high purity, targeting and inhibiting the activity of the enzyme NNMT, and is used in the fields of muscle regeneration, metabolic diseases and cancer research.

In powder form, it can be stored at -20°C for 2 years; when dissolved in DMSO, it can be stored at 4°C for 2 weeks and at -80°C for 6 months.
